New TV shows
September and October are the months for the new TV shows to come on and for us to decide which one we like and don't like. I have a show I've been watching called The Glades that I have thoroughly enjoyed. I love the characterization of the police detective in this series. He is very good at his job, but when it comes to the woman he is interested in, he's not sure what to do. Actually the show started in August but this is one I've enjoyed among the new crop of shows this year.
Another show that has potential is The Event. These kinds of shows can be really interesting if handled well--like Lost and Flashforward. You have to watch it each week because each week it builds on a continuing story. Is there a new show you think will be a keeper this year?

Well, I have to admit, I have not started watching any new shows this year. I was upset as Numbers is not longer on.....but i did just get into White Collar....that started last year and I got into it this year...so new to me!
i just bought a whole bunch of Love inspired fiction at a library sale! I buy them new too....but keep it up!

Martha, I was disappointed that they canceled Numbers, too. It was a different kind of crime show. I liked how they used math to help solve cases. Enjoy the Love Inspired books.

I know....I felt like it made me like math more. i always hated math and it made me more interested in it.

My parents were upset when they canceled Numbers and Ghost Whisper and I also enjoyed these shows. I am glad that they have kept Castle on but I haven't seen any new shows that have caught my eye. Great find at the library!! I always love when I find older Love Inspired titles!

I like the photo if that is the star. :) Actually I watch very little real TV. My DH watches movies while I do computer book things. :)
